At Pillkind, we are committed to delivering our pharmaceutical products safely, reliably, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and procedures regarding the shipment and delivery of our products to authorized distributors, stockists, institutional clients, and partners. Because Pillkind does not ship medicines to the general public or direct consumers, this policy is focused on B2B deliveries, institutional orders, and approved distribution shipments.2. Shipping Regions & Coverage
- Pillkind primarily ships within India (all states and union territories), subject to regulatory constraints and licensing.
- Depending on regulatory permissions, we may also ship to neighboring regions or export markets, in which case separate terms, compliance, and shipping conditions will apply and must be agreed upon in writing.
- All shipments are dispatched from our manufacturing / warehouse facility in Jaipur (Rajasthan), India.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- After order confirmation and payment (if required), shipments are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability and regulatory checks.
- Before dispatch, Pillkind conducts final quality checks, verification of documents (licenses, invoices), and packaging integrity.
- You will receive a dispatch notification via email (or your designated contact) with shipping details, expected delivery timelines, and tracking information (if available).
4. Modes of Shipment & Carriers
- We partner with certified courier / logistics services experienced in handling pharmaceutical shipments (temperature control, special handling).
- Shipping mode may include road freight, express courier, surface transport, or air cargo depending on the destination, urgency, and product type.
- For sensitive or temperature‐controlled products (if any), special packaging (cold chain, insulated boxes) will be used; additional charges may apply.
5. Delivery Time & Transit
- Standard deliveries within Rajasthan / nearby states: 1–3 business days (subject to location, road conditions).
- Deliveries to more remote or distant states: 3–7 business days, possibly more in remote or underserved areas.
- For export or cross‐border deliveries, transit times will vary greatly depending on customs, logistics, and carrier performance; these must be agreed upon in advance.
6. Shipping Costs, Charges & Responsibilities
- Shipping / freight charges are usually borne by the buyer / distributor, unless otherwise agreed in writing or included in contractual terms.
- For high-value or specialized shipments (cold chain, express, insurance), additional freight or handling fees may apply.
- Pillkind reserves the right to withhold shipment until payment (full or partial advance) is settled, in line with our credit / payment terms.
7. Risk, Ownership & Title
- Title and risk of loss generally pass to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the courier or logistics provider at Pillkind’s dispatch point (Jaipur).
- From that moment, the buyer is responsible for safe transit, insurance, handling, and any local delivery charges.
- Any damage or loss during transit should be reported immediately (see next section).
8. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you receive a shipment that is damaged, incomplete, or delayed, please adhere to the following:- Inspection on delivery
- Inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
- If packaging is damaged or tampered, note the condition on the carrier’s delivery acknowledgment document, and take photographs.
- Immediate Reporting
- Report any damage, missing items, or discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery receipt, via email to info@pillkind.com with supporting photos, invoice reference, and delivery details.
- For lost shipments, file a claim with the carrier and notify Pillkind as soon as possible.
- Investigation & Replacement / Refund
- Pillkind will assess the complaint and may ask for proof, the original packaging, or the damaged goods (if feasible) for inspection.
- If verified, we may arrange replacement shipment or refund / credit, depending on agreed terms.
- Note that claims not raised within the stipulated time may be rejected.
9. Partial Shipments & Split Deliveries
- In some cases, Pillkind may dispatch part of the order separately (due to stock, logistic constraints, or product availability).
- For split deliveries, shipping costs or dispatch charges may apply separately unless otherwise agreed.
- Recipients are responsible for ensuring receipt and inspection for each partial shipment.
10. Regulatory & Compliance Requirements
- Pharmaceutical shipments are subject to strict regulatory controls (licensing, permits, documentation).
- Recipients must ensure they hold valid licenses / permits (drug licenses, import / distribution licenses) to accept shipments.
- Pillkind may delay or refuse shipment if regulatory compliance or documentation requirements are not fulfilled.
- International or export shipments will require customs clearance, import permits, and adherence to destination country’s pharmaceutical laws.
11. Shipping Policy Changes
Pillkind reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time in response to logistic constraints, regulatory changes, business operations, or market conditions.
