1. Introduction

At Pillkind, quality, compliance, and trust are our guiding principles. Because we manufacture prescription / regulated products, once a product leaves our premises, its integrity and storage conditions cannot be fully controlled. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to strict scrutiny. This Return & Refund Policy applies to:
  • Authorized distributors, stockists, business partners
  • Institutional or bulk purchasers
  • Occasional sample shipments or promotional items sent by Pillkind
  • Any entity placing orders or shipments initiated by Pillkind
This policy does not cover typical retail / pharmacy level returns by end consumers (patients), unless in very specific and documented cases, because we do not retail directly.

2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the following criteria must be satisfied:
  1. Return Request Timeframe
    • Return requests must be submitted in writing to info@pillkind.com within 7 (seven) calendar days of product receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • For sample / promotional shipments, return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt.
  2. Undamaged & Sealed Condition
    • Products must remain in original, sealed, and tamper-evident packaging with label, batch number, expiry, and branding intact.
    • Opened, partially used, broken, or repackaged items are not eligible for return.
  3. Expiry / Shelf Life
    • The returned product’s remaining shelf life must be sufficient; returns with expiry date too close (e.g. <3 months) may be rejected or accepted only for partial credit.
    • Expired or near-expiry products are not acceptable for return.
  4. Accompanying Documentation
    • The return request must include purchase invoice, delivery receipt, product name, batch number, quantity, and reason for return.
    • If applicable, photographs or evidence showing manufacturing defects or damage in transit must be submitted.
  5. Regulated / Controlled Substances
    • Products classified under controlled / scheduled categories may have stricter return rules or be non-returnable due to regulatory and safety constraints.
  6. No Reuse / Resale
    • Returned products must not be intended for resale to end users, as resale of returned pharmaceutical products poses risks of contamination, integrity breach, or regulatory violation.

3. Return Process & Procedure

  1. Submit Return Request
    • Send an email to info@pillkind.com within the specified timeframe with full return request details.
    • Pillkind will acknowledge receipt within 1–2 business days and evaluate the request.
  2. Pillkind Review & Approval
    • Our quality and logistics team will assess whether the returned items meet eligibility criteria (condition, packaging, shelf life, documentation).
    • We may request further proof (photos, inspection) or physical sample return before approval.
  3. Return Authorization & Shipping Instructions
    • If approved, Pillkind will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or similar reference code.
    • We will provide shipping instructions (address, packing, carrier, responsibilities).
    • Return shipping costs: Unless otherwise agreed, the returning party bears shipping costs and assumes risk until items are delivered to our facility.
  4. Inspection on Receipt by Pillkind
    • Upon receiving the returned goods, Pillkind will inspect for compliance (sealed packaging, no tampering, matching batch/expiry, undamaged).
    • If the goods pass inspection, we proceed with credit or refund (see section 4).
    • If goods fail inspection, Pillkind reserves the right to reject return or accept partial credit.

4. Refunds, Credits & Adjustments

  • Once return is accepted, Pillkind will issue credit note or refund / adjustment as per mutual agreement.
  • Refund timeline: We aim to process refunds or credits within 15 business days after acceptance.
  • Mode of refund: Via the same payment method used originally or adjusted in next order cycle.
  • Deductions / Handling Fees:
    • In certain cases, a restocking or handling fee (e.g. 2–5%) may be deducted to cover inspection, repackaging, transportation, and quality control costs.
    • For returns with limited remaining shelf life, a proportional deduction may be applied.
    • These deductions will be communicated in the return approval email.
  • No double claims: Once a return is accepted and credit/refund issued, no further claims on that lot can be made.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some products or circumstances are exempt from return:
  • Opened, unpacked, or partially used items
  • Products outside original sealed packaging or with missing labels
  • Expired or near-expiry batches
  • Customized formulations, repackaged or relabeled goods
  • Items dispatched more than 7 days before return request
  • Samples or promotional goods approved for non-return
  • Products under regulatory or controlled substance categories (unless special agreement)
  • Products rejected by inspection due to condition breach
Pillkind reserves the right to refuse returns for any item that fails to meet the criteria above.

6. Return & Refund in Case of Damage or Defect

If a product is delivered damaged or defective:
  1. Report damage / defect within 24 hours of receipt (via email with supporting photos / evidence).
  2. Pillkind may authorize return or replacement, at our cost, after verification.
  3. Refunds for defective items will typically be full refund or product replacement, without restocking charges.
  4. Pillkind may schedule a visit or inspection or request the defective sample back to validate the issue.

7. Internal Cancellation vs Return

  • Cancellation refers to withdrawing an order before dispatch or manufacturing — see our Cancellation Policy for details (e.g. cancellation within 24–48 hours).
  • Return is applicable after products have been delivered to you, and is subject to stricter rules and inspections.

8. Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer once items are delivered to the buyer’s location (or the agreed delivery point).
  • The buyer is responsible for safe storage and handling after delivery.
  • Pillkind is not liable for damage arising from improper storage, handling, or environmental exposure after delivery.

Pillkind reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice, in response to regulatory, operational, or business changes. The policy version on the website is always the latest and binding.

11. Disclaimer

Pillkind manufactures prescription medicines under regulated norms. This policy is for return / refund of authorized B2B / institutional / sample orders only. This policy does not extend to consumer retail sales (which we do not provide). All returns / refunds are subject to quality checks, regulatory compliance, and mutual agreement.
