• Cancellation requests for standard stock orders (not customized) must be received before dispatch.
• Once the goods are packed or invoiced, the order cannot be withdrawn.
• If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any advance payment made (if applicable) will be refunded or adjusted in the next order cycle.
• In the event of continuous cancellations or misuse of the cancellation facility, Pillkind reserves the right to restrict or terminate distributor privileges.

5. For Institutional and Corporate Orders

For bulk institutional or hospital orders:

• Orders based on a custom production schedule or specific formulations cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• If a cancellation is made after raw materials are sourced or production has started, the buyer may be liable for partial or full cost recovery, depending on the stage of production.
